Vlog #2: Decaf coffee + SweatPink

Good morning everyone! Happy Tuesday. Since y’all loved my first vlog so much last month, I felt like it was time for a new one.

So here you are – an update on my caffeine habit, and my running habit :) Plus a little #SweatPink treasure.

Also, the no makeup look? Us #FitFluential gals are totally bringing it back. At least for our workouts we are :) Au natural for the win! Enjoy.

Do you drink coffee? Tea? Diet coke? Any advice for how to survive a race on minimal training?

  1. Love the tank! Good luck with the run – let us know how it goes. I know that feeling of being over-caffeinated – I have a filthy, filthy diet coke habit. I find I have to decrease gradually. Bad Kate!
