Do you drink coffee? Tea? Diet coke? Any advice for how to survive a race on minimal training?

I drink diet coke. I know it is “bad”. But I enjoy it.

You are going to do great at the 10K, we haven’t run a 10K in awhile but I really want to run a few more this coming year! The color run is going to be so much fun too!

I drink decaf java and love green tea decaf as well. ( acid reflux) I think the only way to survive with little traing is mentally pushing yourself. You need to be the little engine that could. ” I think I can “

I do drink coffee and the hard stuff. I think I should just quit altogether but the caffeine has me hooked!
I’m totally with you – hooked on the caffeine! That’s why I couldn’t go to only herbal tea in the mornings sadly
