Good morning people! Since it’s the weekend, and no one likes to do a lot of reading on the weekend (it feels too much like homework), I thought I’d do a little roundup of seven things that I am currently loving. Enjoy!

1. Homemade trail mix

Those long days of class and work at the clinic call for lots and lots of snacks – I am not a pleasant person to be around while hungry! Nor am I able to focus. So I have been making trailmix to bring with me, packed with nuts and dried fruit and cereal – and maybe a peanut butter chip or two…

2. Schlafly pumpkin ale

Have I mentioned that I love fall? Yeah, I thought so. Well this is one of the major reasons why! If you haven’t tried it, go buy some. Now. It goes fast!

3. Quite time in the mornings with She Reads Truth

 What a great group of women. And what a great note to start my mornings on! There are days when I really need an extra dose of Truth to start my day on the right track.

4. My new laptop case

I’ve been using my laptop a lot recently, for school and for work. This pink just brings a smile to my face every time I open it!

5. Looking through old photos

I seem to be doing a lot of this recently, and it is just fabulous. That’s why we are such a picture-taking-family! Wasn’t I a gem? Yeah, yeah – I look like quite the handful. Is anyone really surprised?

6. Having a Heine Brothers Coffee on campus

No description necessary. My wallet is going to be very unhappy.

7. And finally…my arm candy watch

Michael Kors. I got it as a Christmas present, but it still excites me every morning when I put it on. It gets more comments than any other piece of jewelry that I own!

So there you have it. A peak into my likes and dislikes. Now we’re off to the gym, to work off some of that delicious Mellow Mushroom pizza we ate last night with the Pences! A movie is possibly on the agenda for the day…as is some homework. Typical. Happy Saturday folks!
